Peter Baumgärtel: born on October 17, 1958, 1977 to 1984: University studies in German (main focus on linguistics and aesthetic theory) and international history with the first state examination at the University of Tübingen; 1985 to 1991 studied the concert guitar at the State University of Music and the Performing Arts in Stuttgart (teaching diploma in 1989, concert diploma in 1991). 1988 to 2000 performing artist and instructor; 1998 to 2003 self-employment working in the field of Asian Philosophy (seminars, lectures, and training courses); 2003 until today: various functions at a major international services group (60,000+): 2003 to 2005 operational team leadership; 2005 to 2007 operational head of department; 2012 site manager; 2007 to 2010: quality manager and manager of international control of employee training; 2010 to March 2014 senior manager for executive development; since March 2014: head of the strategic organisational development division. Since 2008, regular participation in advanced training courses at the Institute for Applied Social Psychology.
